Job Position: Operating Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties


  • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Generating weekly operations reports and proactively develops strategies to drive higher performance
  • Completing company operations in all business verticals with project management and execution of the product road-map, working closely with marketing, commercial, technical, Finance (P&L) and legal teams
  • Forecasting sales growth, developing sales and operational targets and measuring sales performance
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining and developing innovative and cost-effective systems of operating
  • Leading the operations department in achieving sales, expansion and customer satisfaction target/ambitions
  • Ensuring Taxes & Licenses are paid promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and MBA in Business Administration.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in senior management in the gaming industry
  • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
  • Strong attention to detail and result-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading a sales team with targets
  • Financial & Business acumen
  • Ability to manage a team to achieve desired company objectives.
