Job Position: Operating Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
- Generating weekly operations reports and proactively develops strategies to drive higher performance
- Completing company operations in all business verticals with project management and execution of the product road-map, working closely with marketing, commercial, technical, Finance (P&L) and legal teams
- Forecasting sales growth, developing sales and operational targets and measuring sales performance
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and developing innovative and cost-effective systems of operating
- Leading the operations department in achieving sales, expansion and customer satisfaction target/ambitions
- Ensuring Taxes & Licenses are paid promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and MBA in Business Administration.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in senior management in the gaming industry
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience leading a sales team with targets
- Financial & Business acumen
- Ability to manage a team to achieve desired company objectives.
