We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Civil Engineer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Designing and planning construction projects, including roadways, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure
  • Calculating construction costs and preparing project budgets
  • Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Conducting site investigations and assessments
  • Overseeing construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes and regulations
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
  • Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Skills in projects coordination and management of all company projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have sound managerial skills
  • Must be certified
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel if needed.

Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our property development firm.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting financial analysis of potential property development projects, including cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
  • Performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, site visits, and competitive analysis
  • Developing financial models and projections for potential investment opportunities
  • Creating investment memos and presenting investment recommendations to senior management
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, including legal, accounting, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the property business and banking.
  • Portfolio matching skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Excel.
  • Ability to structure finance and payment to suit repayments and high ROI for clients and company.

Job Description

  • Having the capacity to increase the bank’s clientele and grow the revenue base by ensuring maximal productivity of the bank within the target region and its environs.
  • Following up on High Net-worth Individuals (HNI), High prospects, identified high link opportunities, implementing better business practices towards high network profitability.
  • Having the ability to create and present annual marketing plan and strategy, as well as manage the implementation of the bank’s marketing strategy towards success.
  • Having the ability to provide corporate leadership, set marketing goals, determine KPIs for the marketing team and track KPIs on regular bases.
  • Able to support decision-making process, creating medium and long-term improvement plan by driving the bank’s resources towards surpassing client satisfaction, optimal business profitability and client retention.
  • Having the ability to introduce tactical initiatives for sustainable growth by recommending new product specimen, new business models for adoption and likewise being able to control project costs while driving the successful implementation of the project phases.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, identify potential clients in the target market, develop new relationship, while maintaining existing profitable, client relationship.
  • Having the ability to identify talents for recruitment, ensuring consistent capacity development of bank’s workforce by consistently delegating responsibilities to business development executives and providing mentorship that would ensure the growth of the bank’s human resources.
  • Build relationships with other key players such as to boot the sales of the organization.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience (2 years in a similar position)
  • Candidates must be residents of Abuja
