Job Summary

• We are in need of a pleasant and professional Digital Marketer and customer service representative to join our team!
• A Digital Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketer, is responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns
• Your duties include performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.
• A Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company renders.
• As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our customers feel comfortable and satisfied.

Job Description

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels, i.e., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Having a good understanding of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Research advertising trends
• Research competitors’ pricing and products
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
• Determine what content will reach customers.
• Develop projects to create content.
• Publish digital marketing content online.
• Implement email marketing campaigns.
• Measure digital traffic.
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor project status.
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate channels.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
• Monitor and track the Support team daily tasks and ensure all tasks are completed according to the assigned timescales and deadlines.
• Provide daily report regarding service delivery.
• Manage the follow-up process for prospective clients.
• Monitor the project plan for new clients and monitor the project progress to ensure that key milestones are reached, and the implementation is completed according to the scheduled date for Go-Live
• Track customers feedback, identify any shortcomings in the service delivery and provide the data to management for processing so solutions can be immediately created to ensure these shortcomings or similar issues do not occur in the future.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a minimum of HND, B.Sc Degree
• Must have completed NYSC and a Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
• Must reside within V.I, Lekki, Ikoyi Lagos Island Axes.

Salary
N120,000 gross per Month.
