We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Front Desk Personnel
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting customers
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
- Addressing visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Providing support in the management of the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience working as a receptionist or customer service personnel.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written).
- Knowledge of MS Word.
- Incoming phone call management skills are required.
- Ability to multitask.
- Candidate must live in Lekki.
- The candidate should be available to resume immediately.
Salary
Based on experience.
