- We currently seek to hire a Customer Service Officer who would be responsible for responding to customers complaints and resolving queries.
Requirements / Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or any related discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
