We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Project Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties


  • Implement project standards and develop project specifications.
  • Interact with Service delivery unit & Clients to establish project scope, BOQ and timelines.
  • Supervising the Team carrying out Technical Site Survey for new projects and send report to key Account Holder/Sales Staff.
  • Request and stock project supplies to avoid any shortages.
  • Manage budgets based on projects priorities.
  • Coordinates the activities of Splicing Technicians.
  • Obtain access permits for project works.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of projects by analysing project processes, implementation and site challenges.
  • Manage projects expenditure, create progress reports and recommend solutions to Project Manager.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Observe and maintain existing and ongoing projects to ensure all projects quality requirements are followed.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

Key Performance Indicator

  • Delivers project installations within the plan/stipulated time.
  • Develops aerial and underground fiber route maps and execute tasks such as route analysis.
  • Accurate record management system.
  • Maintains records of all fiber cable deployment, splicing and designs.
  • Develops mitigation and restoration procedures for trouble tickets.
  • Timely closure of all trouble tickets open.
  • Submits weekly project status reports to the Management.

Personal Qualities & Qualifications
Job Holder need to be:

  • Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3 - 8 years of project management and related experience.
  • Possesses proper knowledge of Auto CAD and other software applications used to create project designs and BOQ.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of project management and techniques.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Age Bracket:

  • 22 – 35 years of age.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.

2.) Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes & Designs Marketing & Sales Strategic Plans for Management approval.
  • Coordinates all sales & marketing portfolios of the organization.
  • Promotes the company’s existing brands and generates new businesses.
  • Expands the clients base of the organization beyond set targets.
  • Develops Marketing & Sales strategy that will identify and open up new channels for the company.
  • Conducts marketing & sales research for the organization.
  • Leads Marketing & Sales team in line with strategic blueprint.
  • Handles Branding & Sales Promotions for the company.
  • Drives sales revenue to an optimal level in line with company approved sales targets.
  • Mentors sales personnel.
  • Organizes marketing activities, events and brand awareness for the company.
  • Coordinates & implements all approved Marketing & Sales plan of the company.
  • Achieves Sales Target for the company.
  • Coordinates & prepares sales forecast for the company.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual sales & marketing reports for Management consideration.

Required Experience & Qualification

  • BA / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or Social Science from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years and above in the telecoms industry.
  • Must have relevant professional qualifications.
  • Managerial role experience.
  • Experienced female preferably.

Age Bracket:

  • 35 - 45 years of age.

Required Skills:

  • Must be in the Telecommunication Service industry for the past 7 years and above of continuous employment in marketing & sales function.
  • Leadership to drive sales team.
  • Persuasive skill and ability to close deals independently.
  • Experience in management is an advantage.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Must have a commanding personality with credibility to penetrate & influence decision makers of our target audience.
  • Must be a team player.

Salary
N250,000 - 400,000 / month.

3.) Customer Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties

  • Introduce new networking technologies or improve existing technologies to add value to existing services & capabilities.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward Customers at all times.
  • Manage large incoming calls from Customers.
  • Responding promptly to Customer inquiries.
  • Identify and assess Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Communicating with Customers through various channels e.g email, sms and phone call etc.
  • Acknowledging and resolving Customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing prompt feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process.
  • Managing a Team of IT trainee or junior Customer support representives in NOC.
  • Knowing NINEXT services inside and out so that you can answer questions easily.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Keeping records of Customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional Customer support at all times.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with Customer accounts through open and interactive.
  • Troubleshoot with Customer over phone and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep records of Customer interactions, process Customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools e.g MOWE
  • Liaise with Technical Team, Engineering and Account departments on fault resolutions and Customer account reconciliation.
  • Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage Customers.
  • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

Personal Qualities & Qualifications
Job Holder need to be:

  • Degree holder in Mass Communication, English, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or Science from a reputable higher institution.
  • Problem-solving skills.

4.) Technical Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties

  • Assist in developing, designing & implement workflows for infrastructure configuration, back –up & management.
  • Introduce new networking technologies or improve existing technologies to add value to existing services & capabilities.
  • Develop solutions that drive the success of our network.
  • Participate in developing policies, procedures and technical reports.
  • Leverage networking tools to identify & mitigate networks anomalies.
  • Ensure stable & reliable ISP network services.
  • Monitors the network performance on daily basis.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Handles & coordinates network trouble shooting & fault analysis.
  • Manages deployment & maintenance of network monitoring, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Manages installation of network hardware & software.
  • Contribute to design & enhancement of the Company datacentre infrastructures.
  • Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management. 
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

Personal Qualities & Qualifications
Job Holder need to be:

  • An Engineer passionate about Network Strategies that thrives on delivering exciting performance and content.
  • A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focused on improving business performance through exceptional Network – Strategies/Solutions execution, reporting and evaluation.
  • Degree holder in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering Or Computer Engineering from reputable higher institution.
  • Must be certified professional in the relevant network engineering certifications like CCNA, CCNP & CCIE etc.

Demand on the Job

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND
  • Must have 2 years cognate experience in Network Engineering from software & telecommunications related organisation especially ISP firm.
  • Ability and wiliness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under no or minimal supervision.
  • Maybe required to work weekends and in shifts.
  • Age Bracket: 25 - 40 years of age.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
