We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Secretary / Personal Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:


  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments on Calendars
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases and prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
