We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care Representative / Telemarketer

Job Location: Abuja


Job Description

  • Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
  • Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
  • Attend to walk-in clients and provide all the required assistance needed. 
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
  • Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
  • Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email and social media.
  • Meet sales target by following up on leads and closing deals.
  • Assist in any capacity required in relating with the company’s clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Customer Care Representative.
  • Experience as a salesperson is vital.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
