Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes various administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the various stakeholders, The Management Team, and members of staff.
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others on programmatic initiatives as directed.
  • Researches prospective corporate and foundation donors to identify and evaluate current needs and assemble materials needed for the proposals.
  • Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, and proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.
  • Supports the CEO in her external commitments, including service on external boards, committees, and other groups.
  • Processes KFA programs with other organizations.

Requirements and skills

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc in any field of study or High School degree with 3-4 years of experience
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
