Sunrose Consulting Limited - Our client is a well established large casual dining restaurant in Lagos offering a fusion of international and local cuisine with the option of Al Fresco dining. It has a seating capacity of 200 (indoor) and (400) outdoor.

They are recruiting an outstanding individual to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Manager (Food & Beverage)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Ensure that the products supplied are of high quality.
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
