Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Duties will include:


  • Tracking of expiring papers on all government sites.
  • Cataloguing and classification of all renewed papers.
  • Verification of blacklisted vehicles and uploading all renewed papers for reps outside Lagos.
  • Processing of ID cards, call cards, expense sheets etc
  • Recording of fleet claims for all vehicle users
  • Follow up with all vehicle users and monitoring of all car services.

Requirements

  • BSc in Arts, Social Science / Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Ms-Word, Pivot, etc
  • Sex: Male.
