Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Tracking of expiring papers on all government sites.
- Cataloguing and classification of all renewed papers.
- Verification of blacklisted vehicles and uploading all renewed papers for reps outside Lagos.
- Processing of ID cards, call cards, expense sheets etc
- Recording of fleet claims for all vehicle users
- Follow up with all vehicle users and monitoring of all car services.
Requirements
- BSc in Arts, Social Science / Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Ms-Word, Pivot, etc
- Sex: Male.
