Job Position: Estate Surveyor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• To oversee the management of the organization’s property management portfolio with a view to securing and maximizing rental income for clients.
• To deliver a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the Organization’s property management portfolio including new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, and general estates management issues with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of the organization and its clients.
• Ensuring hitch free internal and external customer (landlords/tenants) experience.
• Facility/property management
• Liaising between the company and artisans
• Negotiating maintenance/repair works quoted for by artisans
• Tenant selection leading to good property management
• Routine Inspection of the property in order to assess the condition of the property. The aim of this periodic inspection is to enable the manager ascertain the nature and extent of repair works to be carried out (if any) and the level of compliance of tenants’ contract and to stop any breach of such contracts.
• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Estate Management
• Reside in Ikeja or its environs
