We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Berger / Opic Isheri, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Engage with the sales team on marketing strategies and promotion plan
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, OND may be considered with good sales experience
  • 1 to 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Good communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Candidates within Berger, Opic and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
