We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Collection Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
• Send messages to customer.
• Guide customers through the payment process.
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE / OND / SSCE qualification.
• 0 - 1 year of work experience.
• Willing to resume immediately.
• The Ideal candidate should be experienced and understand how to manage clients.
• Must have an Andriod phone.
• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
• Excellent negotiating skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
• Opportunity to work from home if staff can keep good performance after 1-2 months of working in the office.

Salary
N50,000 - N75,000 monthly
