Job Position: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Ikota, Lagos

Job Description


  • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Maintain events calendar, and send out reminders.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of social media trends and apps
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must live on the Island and its environs.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience or knowledge in product and content marketing
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Be teachable and open to learning
  • Be self-motivated and can work independently to drive projects.
  • Be available.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
