We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Our client is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of properties. The ideal candidate should be a proactive and efficient individual with experience in facility management and a strong understanding of real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for the maintenance and management of company properties
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping
  • Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
  • Manage budgets for property maintenance and repair, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage the security and safety of properties, including the implementation of emergency plans and procedures
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the status of properties and related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, property management, or a related field
  • Ability to manage budgets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping
  • Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations
  • Excellent communication (Written and Oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proximity to the Island is a plus.

2.) Facility Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island,  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and repairs of all company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all facilities.
  • Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety of all facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
  • Participate in facility-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Salary Budget
N100,000 - N140,000 Monthly.

3.) Head of Operations

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, business management, and people management.
  • He/She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our real estate operations while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate company, including property management, leasing, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Develop and manage the financial budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing real estate operations.
  • Collaborate with CEO to set and ensure achievement of these goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage and mentor staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals and operating effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate into the company’s operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Previous experience in a real estate operations is a plus.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams to deliver excellent results.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing real estate operations.
  • Experience with property management software and other industry-specific tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people at different levels.
