Job Description


  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Service Manager to join our automobile garage located in Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, Nigeria.
  • As the Administrative Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations of our garage, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Supervise and manage staff, ensuring their productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a safe and professional environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and bookkeeping, including managing financial transactions and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to maintain inventory records and manage parts ordering.
  • Monitor and manage employee schedules, including working at odd hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in an automotive or related industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work at odd hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, with knowledge of financial procedures and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N85,000 - N11,000 / month.
