We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Selling of NACK Products in the store and online
  • Achieve sales and other targets given by your team lead/supervisor within timeframe
  • Carry out stocking and re-stocking of merchandize in the store
  • Informing the Head of sales about sales performance
  • Preparing and sending daily sales report to your supervisor
  • Managing the store social media channels
  • Manage after sales customer relationship
  • Growing and expanding company customer base
  • Collecting data, creating comprehensive reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity of the store
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Ensure the store is clean and neat at all times
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and deep sell all our products to customers
  • Wear a friendly and accommodating look that entices potential customers to make a buying decision
  • Handling customer questions, complaints, and recommendations
  • Escalating complex customers complaints or issues to your team lead/supervisor to handle
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • 0-2 years experience as a sales representative or any similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Young, smart and vibrant
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google workspace.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
