TransGeneration Enterprises is a company in to block making, cement distribution (Dangote and Lafarge) and building materials located in Lagos State.

Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Locations: Baruwa, Peace Estate - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Description

  • We need of a competent sales representative who will be responsible for driving sales of cements for one o the outlets and ensuring profitability.
  • To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Drive sales and marketing plans and ensure the profitability of the company products.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Keep records of all sales
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve sales through feedback.

Skills / Requirements

  • National Diploma in any field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Benefits

  • Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 net per month.
  • Commission on sales when target is met
