Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: New Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Attending to inquiries from online customers
• Resolving customer complaints
• Updating reports

Job Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Customer service-oriented
• MUST be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills (spoken & written).
• 22 - 27 years old
• Female/Male

Salary
N40,000 / month.
