Job Position: Customer Service / Sales Representative

Job Brief

• The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for direct B2C customers who have enquiries or feedback about Rally’s Closet’s products. The CSR shall perform responsibilities such as answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, addressing and creating invoices.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers through various channels and responding to their enquiries promptly.
• Taking customers’ orders via the company’s social media channels and issuing invoices and receipts.
• Answering inbound phone calls and messages, and making outbound calls to existing and prospects,
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing customer support.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Following up with customers on their needs, products quality feedback and notifying them of the various loyalty and reward programs they can benefit from.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent oral English communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Little or no experience in customer service
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Minimum of National Diploma in any field of study
• Preferred Location of Applicants - Lekki
• Preferred Gender - Female.

Salary / Benefits

• N40,000 net monthly pay
• 13th Month Salary
• Annualized performance bonus
