Good knowledge of property market.

Good negotiation and persuasive skill.

Offer professional sales services - mortgage service, financial advice.

Continuously hunt for new business and ensure closure.

Tracking and analyzing marketing and promotional plan

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and Financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.


Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Know the available properties on the market.

Responsible for the achievement of sales target

Manage existing customer relationships and develop new relationships

Monitor competitors' activities, Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of retail sales efforts

Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' strategies

Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential

Perform other assigned duties as delegated by manager.
