Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Hybrid Role (Part office, Part Remote)
Supervised by: Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
Department: Sales
Hours: 8am - 5pm, 3 Days per week in the office

Job Description

  • At Maihomm, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and promoting our products or services to drive sales and meet targets.

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:

  • Manage outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in effective sales conversations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate Maihomm's offerings and benefits to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a minimum of a 2.1 Bachelor's Degree in a Business related discipline.
  • Up-to 2 years of previous sales experience in Sales or face-to-face sales role with verifiable references.
  • Proven communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.

Remuneration

  • The successful candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of 75,000 Naira.
  • Further earning potential of up-to N200,000 per month commission based on individual & team sales performance.
  • Data/Airtime & Transport expenses to be covered.
  • Healthcare provision included dependent of probation completion
