Job Position: Sales / Marketing Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The successful candidate must be a sales-driven and fast-moving person with a strongcustomer focus.
- He/she must be passionate about creating value for targeted customers and will be responsible for the merchandising, distribution, and selling of the company’s products.
- He/she should possess excellent communication skills and should be able to contribute to the company’s rapid growth and development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them.
- Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services,
- Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
- Coordinate with the management team to enhance sales presentations.
- Stay abreast of market trends.
- Serve as a customer service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospect's relationships.
- Run demos for prospects, develop presentations, and adapt sales collateral.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or HND degree with a concentration in marketing or business administration is preferred.
- At least three (3) years in marketing and sales experiences with a proven record.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales and marketing
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Job Position: Electrical / Communication Engineer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, implement, and improve electrical instrument systems for industrial, commercial, and domestic purposes.
- Perform a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and types of equipment.
- Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications.
- Establish construction, manufacturing, and installation standards for specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
- Write reports and compile data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
- Supervise or train project team members.
- Estimate material, labour, and construction costs for budget preparation.
- Maintain electrical equipment.
- Work with a variety of technicians.
- Manage, monitor the performance of the team, also work as part of a team of communication engineers and planners.
- Agree with project budgets, timescales, and specifications with clients and managers.
- Undertake site surveys.
- Produce, test, and implement designs.
- Create test procedures.
- Produce disaster management plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2.1 or Upper credit in bachelor’s degree/HND respectively in Information Technology, Communication Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Telecommunication industry.
- Knowledge of applicable software and codes related to communication engineering.
- Have strong knowledge in IT, CCNA is highly recommended.
- Fast learning new technology and capable to install and supervise other team members.
- Strong leadership and capable to handle a team and drive execution in a timely manner.
Job Position: Civil / Structural Engineer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- One of Our client seeks to employ a Civil / Structural Engineer. He/she should be interested in starting his career in a fast-paced and growing industry.
- The ideal candidate should be a focused, highly motivated, organized, and outgoing engineer looking to make an immediate impact while developing project management and technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Ability to plan, manage and direct the construction activities on site.
- Create a graphical representation of Civil engineering structures.
- Perform various engineering assignments that require the application of standard techniques and procedures.
- Develop final design documents and edit technical specifications as needed.
- Collect data and gather information or documents.
- Identify bonding and grounding requirements.
- Analyze complex problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures.
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
- Solve design problems using engineering calculations and following general design standards.
- Establish project controls and ensure accuracy and quality in plans.
- Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality.
- Analyze photographs, drawings, and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints.
- Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2.1/ upper credit in B.Eng / HND degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Civil engineer.
- COREN – certified will be an advantage.
- Must know about the following design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
- Strong experience in Site build.
- Good experience in MS tower software
- Know how to use Google Map to plot sites and routes.
- Good skills in Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of fibre works will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
- Knowledge of concrete foundation design and steel-related structures for towers.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
