Job Position: Logistics Coordinator
Job Location: Okigwe, Imo

Job Description


  • Create and maintain a manual file and digital excel for all trucks. (Driver name, number and info should be tied to the truck in excel database)
  • Maintain an Excel Database
  • Tracking all vehicles on Google Maps daily
  • Destination by vehicle number, date, etc.
  • Email weekly reports to the management team
  • Track and Record expenses for all the trucks daily
  • Create and Issue payment advice to customers
  • Confirm all payments issues via cash, smartcard or transfer.
  • Ensure proper filling station fuel dispatch to all trucks. Always reconcile with the filling station.
  • Record maintenance issues against all trucks (must be recorded against that truck number)
  • Mapquest all the distances…so we have the exact distance.(km and time taken to complete trip)
  • Maintain a maintenance and servicing schedule for all trucks and ensure all requests are met and documented.
  • Collect all receipts for each driver and truck daily i.e., toll gate passes, fuel vouchers, receipts etc.
  • Tracking expiry date of particulars, permits and all otherdocuments related to all trucks.
  • Any other duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
