Job Position: Customer Success Executive

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for attending to all walk-in clients, telephone calls to the customer care line and satisfying all enquiries, request and complaints with accurate and adequate information
  • Responsible for building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication to enhance organisational growth
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Managing customer correspondence, cross-selling company products/services and closing transactions for potential clients
  • Maximizing long term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisers to clients and strengthening their loyalty.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service personnel.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and provide leadership where necessary
  • Possesses written and oral communication skills to support decisions and recommendations
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and conflicts
