Job Summary
- We are currently seeking an experienced Ticketing and Reservation Officer to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries for our travel company.
- As a Ticketing and Reservation Officer, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and work with customers to ensure their travel arrangements are seamless and hassle-free.
- You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and managing inventory to ensure the availability of tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket sales and reservations via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service
- Work with customers to ensure their travel arrangements meet their needs and preferences
- Keep accurate records of ticket sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- HND in Tourism, Hospitality or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- IATA certification is an added advantage
- Must have experience with either Galileo or Amadeus booking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Remuneration and Benefits
- N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
