Job Position: Sales and Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary

  • As a Sales and Customer experience manager, you work to enhance customers encounters with the company.
  • You ensure customers experience maximum satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • You supervise the customer experience and service teams, direct and monitor their activities and train their members.

Responsibilities


  • Research and identify new companies or contacts and develop sales leads
  • Manage corporate accounts or agreements and attend to the needs of clients
  • Use in-depth product knowledge to increase sales
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through the provision of problem-solving resources and ensuring these resources are available to staff
  • Manage opportunity pipeline by collaborating with different stakeholders to drive opportunities to success
  • Reviewing customer feedback and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
  • Developing marketing strategies and implementing advertising, promotional campaigns, and planning events (e.g., food and beverage deals) to increase business and boost interest in the Restaurant
  • Handle & manage in-coming group booking requests online and offline
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis Responsible for all 3rd party partnerships, collaborations, and negotiations (brands and promoters)

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketing & Event experience within the hospitality
  • Strong people management, fiscal & budget preparation abilities are prerequisites
  • Available to start immediately.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
