Welcome2Africa International is a trade and investment facilitation company with a special focus on Nigeria’s Agricultural and Maritime Sector. We support investors, multinationals, and key stakeholders within and outside Africa to advance their trade and investment goals, by providing an array of services and programs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Branding Officer / Graphics Designer
Job Location: Abuja 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Understand Brief and developing visual assets to support a marketing campaign
  • Build, strengthen, and amplify our company’s brand awareness with all audiences, including consumers of our products and services, employees, stockholders, vendors, and communities
  • Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the client’s brand identity
  • Designing a graphic overlay for social media posts.
  • Formalizing the layout for a print ad.
  • Retouching photos for digital signage.
  • Overseeing social media accounts and ensuring brand consistency
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
  • Designing user interfaces and navigation menus.
  • Integrating multimedia content on to a site.
  • Troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect Company's specifications.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Assist the creative team with the design of promotional material

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication or related field.
  • 2- 4 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Branding Officer.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva and the likes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
  • Must be ready to resume a physical, full-time role in Abuja
  • Make appropriate informed decisions, regarding priorities and available time
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and IT fluency
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude
