We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Posiition: Legal Officer Intern
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Description
- Assist with providing legal support and advice on relevant legal issues.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.;
- Handle active litigation;
- Act as our in-house data protection manager;
- Assist the Company Secretary with managing board processes and meetings.
- Keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function;
- Perform other duties as directed by the Company Secretary and required by the management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.
