Job Brief

  • The Production supervisor/admin support managesthe entire operations in the bakery which ranges from coordinating the daily activities of all bakery personnel, bakery equipment and baking material.
  • Responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products
  • Involvement in the procurements of bakery raw materials, stock, and inventory management of all bakery materials.
  • Managing existing customers of various markets and routes and also source and develop new ones, ensure quality relationship with customers and the company.
  • Product creations, concept designing, quality marketing plan, research, development, and effective sales strategies to enhanced business growth and development.
  • Manages logistics of raw materials, delivery of finished products to clients by setting up a daily routes plan/ itinerary for the drivers and dispatch riders.
  • Building and maintaining rapport with key dealers, sub-dealers, and retail customers; identifying new customer opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Catering and Hospitality Management or Certification from a Culinary / Confectionery School with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, production supervisor or Head baker
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with baking
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
