Job Position: Office Assistant
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in office duties
  • Update social media pages for business
  • Type and edit documents and presentations
  • Photocopy, scan and fax documents for office use

Requirements


  • OND certificate or higher
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Experience in (Instagram,Facebook, Twitter)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and proactive.

Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 monthly.


Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1 - 3 years work experience
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.

Salary
Below N100,000 Monthly.


Job Position: Accounts Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Process invoices
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Recover amount established as being receivable including recovery of VAT
  • Liaise with the government authorities in regards to tax filing
  • Assist external auditors during audit.

Educational and Work Experience

  • B.Sc. or HND in Finance / Accounting.
  • Higher educational qualification/professional certification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • 2 - 6 years relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance function. Skills and Competencies.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of finance best practices, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting packages and systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good organisational skills. • Good data gathering, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards and integrity. • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
