To achieve success and meet technological standards, below are roles and responsibilities of the Technical Department.
? IT business development and target areas of the development solution.
? Survey and Inspection of Project site before the start of a project.
? Technical demonstration of developed solution or a required product solution
? Determination of scope of work before commencement of a project.
? Determination of bill of materials for projects.
? Technical support for existing and prospective clients
? Management of internal IT devices and needs.
? Inspection of sub –contracted projects to ensure quality standard is met.
? Maintenance of clients under our maintenance our maintenance contract.
? Determination of cost of deployment of some solutions and products.
? Execution and supervision of all projects.
? Response to technical mails and requirements.
? Repairs of default clients and office IT equipments.
? Determination of maintenance
