Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to hire a young and dynamic individual for the role of Sales and Customer Service Representative to assist in the order fulfillment & customer relations processes - handling point-of-sales inquiries, order processing, shipment &delivery of orders, follow up, etc.

Job Description

  • Receive and attend to all inquiries objectively.
  • Track the progress of inquiries with strategic follow-up and converts to sales.
  • Exhibit persuasive skills in order to convert inquiries and leads sales.
  • Attend to customers on all instant messaging and social media platforms - Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Website.
  • Receive orders and process them via the boardroom on WhatsApp.
  • Follow-up with dispatched orders and keep customers up to date.
  • Process customer orders by passing them on to the Community Manager for quality check and then arrange for delivery.
  • Give accurate updates on the progress of goods to customers.
  • Follow-up with customers to confirm receipt of goods and receive feedback and request for a customer review via Google form and video.
  • Keep a daily tracker of customers' inquiries and give weekly reports of status and revenue.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Keep the customer database updated with customers' details.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / OND qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Must reside within Lagos Island and its environs i.e. Lagos Island, Yaba, Mushin, Ijora, Surulere, Ebute-Metta, etc.
  • Proven work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations Management, or similar roles.
  • Must be persuasive and able to close sales with prospective customers.
  • Must have a good command of the English language (speaking and writing.
  • Must be courteous, polite, and respectful.
  • Basic photo & video editing skills.
  • Must be very familiar with the use of instant messaging/social media platforms; Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly
