Build products to drive customer success:


  • Our Product Managers help build innovative products that people love. We work collaboratively to design beautiful, engaging experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Our product team develops everything from our core identity and data products & services, to powerful dashboards and consumer-facing mobile apps.
  • We are seeking an ambitious, exceptional and entrepreneurial product leader who shares our values and customer devotion mindset, to deliver innovative products that bring happiness to our customers.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritising feature implementations and improving overall user experience and product quality. Our ideal candidate does not require a strict degree background. After all, our product team is composed of highly successful Bio-Medicine and Pharmacology degree holders.
  • Ultimately, your eligibility for this role is based on your product experience rather than educational degree. In this role, you will work with internal & external teams to build products that fill gaps in market and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Our Product team develop everything from our core data automation platforms, to powerful dashboards and consumer-facing mobile apps. Some recent projects from the team include Radius Identity and AuthX.

Requirements
This might be you if You:

  • Are data-driven with a keen eye for creative solutions using qualitative and quantitative reasoning to back up your product decisions as well as suggest new research.
  • Have a good understanding of UI/UX/Visual design concepts and an eye for detail in the end-to-end user experience.
  • Are a big-picture thinker, but with capacity to deliver to detail and specification
  • Are comfortable turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • Are a go-getter obsessed with customer success, whether that means writing an executive QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s pain-point
  • You communicate with empathy and exceptional precision
  • Can distill complex problems into precise, simple, and delightful solutions.
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement.

Other Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques and project management tools, like Jira or Trello.

Bonus:

  • Deep experience working on design systems and in systems thinking.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams building SaaS software in agile ways.
