Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited was established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum respectively. This installed capacity has for sometime now become inadequate to cater for expected growth. It has strained working capital and created excessive overheads. Also the company runs a well equipped Quality Assurance Laboratory.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage the company social media pages/paltforms
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties and Secretary duties.
  • Manage the company fleet
  • Manage the company manufacturing equipments.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
