  • A customer service executive is charged with establishing customer service guidelines within an organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Managerial and Customer related course of study.

Job Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • An excellent Digital Marketing Executive work closely with the internal digital agencies or marketing team to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
  • In other words, a skilled digital marketer monitor create advertising campaigns, monitor market trends, targeting and develop pricing strategies based on demographic data and work with the company to create more awareness of what they offer.

Their major Job Duties includes:

  • Platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication Mass Communication / Social Sciences, Stay abreast of emerging digital tools Industry-Related Experience, Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills.

Job Position: Health Service Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A successful Health Service Assistant works under the supervision of nurses, midwives and other health professionals, the health services assistance role is vital to patients comfort, making a significant difference to patients health and well being too.
  • Observing, monitoring and recording patients conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration and weight.

Their major Job Duties includes:

  • Must have a caring and tactful nature, be a good communicator and have a respectful approach to patients.
  • Disseminating information about how to live healthy lives.
  • Educating people about prevention, cures and other such tips.
  • Providing patients with preventive medication.
  • Preventing diseases from spreading.
  • Essential to have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential, to be organised and to know how to work well as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Patient Services Assistants are not Required to have a specific Educational Background but will greatly benefit from knowing basic Medical Terminology, having Administrative Skills and Good Interpersonal Communication but a great benefit for a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Administration, Finance or Business.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
