We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Human Resources Supervisor

Job Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires at deployed location
  • Responsible for the distribution of stationaries at the branch
  • Assist with the implementation of new policies at the branch
  • Ensure cordial industrial relations through prompt settlement of grievances whilst referring the more sensitive ones to the HO.
  • Ensure compliance with regards to staff canteen management
  • Monitors operational compliance with the company’s policies and procedures at the branch
  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes of the branch
  • Generate attendance report on lateness and absenteeism for the line managers at the branch
  • Attend to government agencies during inspections together with the Safety Officers.
  • Conduct exit interviews at the branch
  • Provide support in attending to daily staff issues on attendance, discipline and complaints
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in relevant courses. A degree in HR related courses will be a plus.
  • CIPM, and HRI Certification will be an advantage.
  • Must have 5-10 years of experience as an HR Officer.

2.) Retail Sales Executive

Job Location: Ajah, Omole and PHC - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure you meet and greet each walk-in customer.
  • Responsible for selling a range of Products available in the showroom.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Hygiene of the Displayed Products.
  • Responsible of Achieving Individual Sales Target.
  • Ensure all Offers are Highlighted & communicated to customers.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Sales Executive in a retail store

3.) Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Talent Management)

  • Identify Exits reasons and prepare a retention plan
  • Organogram review and updates
  • Identify high Performers and critical roles in the organization and Development retention plan for them
  • Identify and Maintain a list of high performers. Critical roles
  • Drive performance / KPIs review
  • Supervisor and Ensured an Effective Induction Plan
  • Identification of Training Needs,
  • Prepare annual training Plan, training Calendar & conducting Training.

  • Any other HR project assigns

Compulsory Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Must have 5 to 10 Years, must have working experience in a company with minimum +300 Employees
  • MS Office Skills (Excel, word)
  • Excellent in preparing and maintaining large data by using formulas/functions – Compulsory
  • Having experience in Training needs identification, preparing training plan, KPIs/goal setting etc
