We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Secretary
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are in need of an Operation Secretary who will render clerical and administrative support to the operation department.
  • The personnel shall assist with typing of document. filing of document and updating of database for the effective and smooth running of the operation department.

Job Description

  • Collating and preparing /typing of monthly report, client assessments, risk assessment report etc
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.
  • Answering to phone calls both internally and externally
  • Handling operations outgoing and incoming mails
  • Preparing circulars and memos
  • Filing and updating database
  • Giving IT support to the Operations department
  • Ensure prompt handling of day-to-day on-site secretarial and administrative activities of the Operations department.
  • Reporting of periodic activities of Operations department as submitted by the team.

Requirements

  • OND / HND in Managerial / Secretarial Studies or any relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of security industry experience (Added Advantage)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft suite (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc)
  • Must be organised and very detailed.
  • Must reside around Surulere environs e.g costain, yaba, etc

Remuneration
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
