Job Description
- Collection of Data
- Handle sensitive documents for the CEO
- Handle day-to-day activities in relation to the CEO
- Personal dealings and general coordination of the office.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work assignments
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Proficient MS Office tools ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of software tools and multi-line phones systems
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiently to respond logically under stress and pressure
- Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
- Excellent written & verbally communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in the team-base, collaborative environment
- Be organized, reliable and proactive.
Remuneration
N100,000 Monthly.
