C & I Leasing Plc was incorporated in 1990 as a limited liability company and was subsequently licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company, to provide amongst other services, operating and finance leases.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Utility Engineer

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• To perform mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering work in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water systems, electrical power lines and power plants, telecommunications facilities, gas pipelines, and light and heavy rail systems.
• Conduct environmental studies; participate in safety audits of systems; investigate accidents of utilities and transportation facilities and recommend corrective action.
• Inspect the facilities of utilities systems for compliance with Commission rules, regulations, and orders.
• Examine records and recommend applicable safety measures
• Prepare correspondence, reports, safety oversight plans, and exhibits.

Education & Experience

• HND with minimum of 3 years experience.

Skills:

• Basic electro-mechanical skill.
• Good knowledge on HVAC systems, Spares monitoring and control.
• Good knowledge of dumbing and dioina network analysis with respect to valves operation.
• STP operation, monitoring and control knowledge
• Pump maintenance skill
• Good interpersonal/ human relation skill
• Good Technical reporting techniques and skill
• Good technical report writing skill
• Good human relation (interpersonal/customer relation).
• Electrical/Mechanical repairs and troubleshooting skills on automatic gates, turnstile.
• Energy management and proactiveness in day-to-day operation.
