Handyware Industries Limited is an FMCG Manufacturing Company. We are into the production of seasoning, flavors, and food ingredients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Develop new key distributors by creating awareness of all company’s products and drive secondary sales within the assigned area
  • Create awareness and visibility of all company’s products in the assigned area; hospitals, hotels, schools, fast food outlets, canteens, cooperative societies, campuses of higher institutions etc.
  • Be involved in promotional activities through trade shows, event marketing and activation within the assigned area
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key distributors to drive sales of all company’s products in the assigned area.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in FMCG (B2B) Food Products
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Good experience in open-market sales
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
