1.) Pharmacist

Description


  • Our pharmacist will work with teams of pharmacy technicians at multiple locations to supervise procurement, manage supply chains and dispensation of high-quality medications to patients located across the country.
  • The pharmacist is responsible for measuring, monitoring and improving metrics related to the efficiency of pharmacy program and patient satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will be a confident analytical thinker with skills in data entry and analysis as well as the ability to teach and train other health staff.

Requirements

  • B. Pharm Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 0 - 1 year of post-NYSC clinical experience in clinic, hospital, community or retail setting.
  • Expertise in counselling and educating patients for primary care conditions for children, adults and antenatal/postnatal.
  • Expertise in counselling and educating patients for chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes and peptic ulcers.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis and review is necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Research or data analysis experience managing large data sets using Excel, stata or other data software is an added advantage.
  • Experience managing a team including technicians is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate medical concepts in clear layman language.

2.) Pharmacy Technician

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

  • This role is responsible for dispensing medications and providing excellent counseling for the patients seen at our clinics.
  • The pharmacy technician will also be responsible for maintaining adequate stocks of medications and ensuring medications are stored to preserve their quality.

Requirements

  • Certificate of Pharmacy Technician is compulsory
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Registration with the Board of Pharmacy and current practicing license as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
  • Ability to process prescriptions electronically and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
  • Ability to provide patient counselling (advising in multiple relevant languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with and ability to use technological tools including Microsoft Office suite of products and popular social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to communicate medical concepts in clear layman language.

4.) Claims Operations Executive

Job Location: Remote
Employment type: Full time
Department: Clinical Services

Description

  • This role is responsible for supervising and managing the manual claims and tariff processing team to ensure the claims submitted by our providers are processed and paid promptly and efficiently, and they are error and fraud-free.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervisory and technical support to the manual claim operations team
  • Receive and review approved claims from claims operation associates for final approval and payment
  • Work with technology team on any update on the processes or products for claims and provider management
  • Audit and update the standard procedure for claims management and other related SOPs for improved performance
  • Provide the divisional lead with regular updates on manual claims operations
  • Investigate complicated claims and pass resolutions based on company policy and clinical standards of care
  • Distribute operational tasks across the team to meet objectives
  • Quality assurance for claims management
  • Oversee the hiring and training of claims operation associates
  • Process healthcare providers’ claims using the claims management process standard procedure
  • Participate in provider reconciliation and complaint resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Medicine, Nursing or Pharmacy
  • At least three years of experience in a claim examiner/assessor role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong medical and clinical knowledge and experience
  • Leadership and management skills
