1.) Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, computer networking, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar role for network, systems and user support, and new solutions implementation support.
• ITIL, or any Microsoft / Cisco or professional certification(s) is an added advantage.
