Job Position: HMO Officer

Job Location: Agungi - Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • This individual must have adverse knowledge and a good working experience with different health maintenance organizations.

Responsibilities


  • Reaching out to potential HMO companies and subscribing them to the hospital facilities.
  • To process complaints from the beneficiaries and coworkers, following established guidelines.
  • To give proper orientation to patients/clients on the benefits, eligibility status, enrollment processing procedures,and status of authorizations and referrals.
  • To establish effective policies for all operational procedures.
  • To prepare work schedules.
  • To monitor the performances of the other staff in the hospital.
  • To interact with the entire HMO community.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate should be willing to resume immediately.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
