1.) Finance Officer

Job Location: Leku / Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • We are on the hunt for a highly-analytical and qualified finance officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the financial health of our company by managing our financial procedures.
  • Your duties will include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices.
  • To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also have outstanding analytical and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
  • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
  • Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
  • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Contribute to financial audits.
  • Prepare balance sheets and invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly

2.) Sales Manager

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos State

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
  • Successful previous experience in a Travel Agency as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Remuneration
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Packaging and selling educational tours, study abroad, and other company's products.
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Execution of timely and accurate payment and report process.
  • Follow and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Generate sales reports and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (all major).
  • Preferably have successful experiences of working as a sales / marketing officer.
  • Previous experience is desirable
  • Required Skill(s): selling skill, negotiation skill, communication skill.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of scholarship.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / Month.
