Job Position: Customer Success Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
  • Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging [redacted] effectively and finding value in our services
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues

Requirements

  • First degree in any relevant discipline
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good conflict resolution skills
