Central Diesel Manager

• Oversee and analyze the supply report against allocation

• Oversee and analyze the consumption weekly and compare with current diesel level

• Analyze all reports shared by the diesel supervisor bi-monthly to see the trend of

diesel consumption and how functionable the OPEX on each sites works

• Oversee and drive Opex functionality to reduce diesel consumption

• Perform E2E analyses monthly to check if there is loss on site, using supply reports

shared, consumption per day (CPD) and Average Hour of each site for that period.

• Daily/weekly follow up on fuel drops.

• Oversee and escalate any form of diesel spillage to the HSE department/management

for proper investigation to prevent reoccurrence.

• Relate with the client when there are issues on diesel management.

• Prepare logistics and monitoring of diesel from Depot to sites

• Liaise with clients on meetings and strategy engagement.

• Reduce Diesel consumption in all sites

• Oversee and Ensure diesel application are working

• Oversee and Ensure Diesel tank are washed.

• Furthermore, it entails proper monitoring of all activities on site through the software

applications provided in other to give appropriate report after proper querying and

reconciliation of data.

• Proactively communicate operational Management status, issues & risks to the Project

Manager, Regional Technical Manager and Management

• Carrying out spot checks

• Conflict resolutions that may affect site operations and denial of access

• Develop and implement a diesel strategic planning process

• Develop and implement the departmental budget

• Other job-related tasks as assigned by the Management
