About the Job


  • Brand Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is the development and adaptation of the brand marketing strategies in order to establish strategic direction and program positioning.
  • In this capacity, the Brand Marketing Manager develops marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners in an attempt to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messaging.
  • Also plays part in the development and execution of paid social programs on self-service advertising platforms inclusive of Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter along with supporting the brand’s paid media programs.
  • In this capacity, the Brand Marketing Manager also contributes to the development and execution of all ground events and promotions for the business/brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop brand strategies, promote brand growth and expansion, and implement brand plans using various data to drive volume and profitability.
  • Brand Manager also takes part in the development of short-term tactical Sales and Brand Management marketing plans
  • Ensure the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets.
  • Ensure brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions.
  • Responsible for the execution across all media channels, including TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid Social.
  • Responsible for analysing brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven working experience in developing brand and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The brand Manager must also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc), Adobe which will be necessary for the creation not only verbally but visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations for the brand marketing department, collaborating personnel, relevant stakeholders, and external partners.
