We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Lead the staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing profit
  • Manage day-to-day operations including closing procedures, staff behaviour, and customer intake procedures
  • Monitoring daily activities of every department
  • Adhering to budget plans
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Resolve staff disputes
  • Handling Smooth running of activities and management
  • Promoting high levels of customer service
  • Ensure all staff are complying with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • A minimum academic qualification of either HND or B.Sc. Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective Managerial Skills.
